Meet Andrea Neel, seasoned Realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Winans. Prior to entering the real estate realm, Andrea enjoyed a distinguished sales career in the Employee Benefits space, serving in multiple sales and leadership roles. With 15 years of dedicated service to respected Benefit Brokers, she acquired an uncanny ability to develop relationships which led to repeat business with her clients and was a perfect parallel to her real estate career.

Andrea seamlessly transitioned her wealth of experience and commitment to service into the real estate domain, propelling her career to new heights. Andrea first became licensed in Florida, where she and her husband, Grant own multiple vacation rental homes. She has served clients with their second home and investment home purchases in Florida since 2020 and has consulted many of these clients on how to manage their vacation rental investments.

As her passion for real estate grew, Andrea became licensed in her own state of Texas, where she and her husband have always lived and have had the pleasure of raising their two children, Madi and Gavin. Andrea understands that when you’re selling or buying a home, that it’s a complex, sophisticated, and personal endeavor.
