Whether helping a first-time homebuyer purchase their first home, guiding a relocation client to a new home and community in DFW, helping clients find their million-dollar dream home, or preparing a home for a successful sale, Julie brings energy, preparation, and personal attention to every transaction. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and provides thoughtful guidance throughout the process—from developing a strategic pricing and marketing plan to negotiating the best possible terms.

Julie began her career as a public relations strategist and adjunct professor before bringing her expertise in marketing, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building to real estate in 2018. Her communications background gives her a strategic advantage when positioning and marketing properties, navigating negotiations, and keeping clients informed. She holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University and is an avid BYU sports fan.

Outside of real estate, Julie is a wife and mom to four adult daughters and loves serving her local community. She also shares her home with Sammy, her 10-year-old Red Fox Labrador.
